Brent Stevens is back on the road. The young goalkeeper went through the Genk youth series after which he was already second goalkeeper at Jong Genk in their debut season in the Challenger Pro League two seasons ago. Last season, he crossed the border to MVV in Maastricht. Now he is making the reverse move and will once again come home to KRC Genk. Stevens signs a contract for two seasons with an option for a third season. He will begin preparations at Jong Genk where he will compete for a place under the crossbar.

"This feels like coming home," Stevens enthused. "I still know several players at Jong Genk from youth. The goalkeepers I train with are not strangers either. I hope to play for the first team one day. With that goal in sight, Jong Genk is the ideal step in my career. I want to make as many minutes as possible in the Challenger Pro League this season", the young goalkeeper sounds ambitious.
