After breaking through last season, confirmation followed for gold medallist Bilal El Khannouss this season. Like a metronome, he set the pace in the Cegeka Arena from July to May. With his fluxe moves and unrivalled vista, he got the Genk supporters on his side more than once.
With the Champions' Play-backs entering the final straight, our Moroccan playmaker's superb season was rewarded with the OSV 2023-2024 Golden Shoe. Bilal was chosen by supporters ahead of Patrik Hrošovský and captain Bryan Heynen.
